Changes to fd Network DNS Servers

The fd Network has brought online a series of new Domain Name Servers and Mail Forwarding Servers to consolidate our company and customer environments into one managed environment, without the reliance on third party providers to resolve potential network shortfalls.
The updated design provides a primary (ns1), secondary (ns2), tertiary (ns3) and quaternary (ns4) Name Servers and all of these servers are now available for use today.
While the migration of fd Network Company Services have now been completed, we now need all Hosted Customers to also make changes to their Domain Registrations to transition across to our new environment.
For those who feel comfortable on making the changes on their own, they should go to their Domain Registrars Portal and update the nameservers for their Hosted Domain to;
- ns1.fdnetwork.com.au [203.217.22.37]
- ns2.fdnetwork.com.au [108.61.212.62]
- ns3.fdnetwork.com.au [45.32.245.0]
- ns4.fdnetwork.com.au [138.197.206.56]
For those who require assistance to complete this step, they should contact us and we'll organise this over the phone or with Remote Hands Support.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the fd Network on 1300 884 386 or reception@fdnetwork.com.au
